April 2014 to date: Permanent Secretary/Solicitor General in the Ministry of Justice

October 2007 – April 2014: Assistant Attorney General in charge of the Legal advisory services in the Ministry of Justice.

2004 - 2007: Judge to the High Court of the Republic;

2000 - 2004: Judge to the Supreme Court, in the Department of the GACACA Jurisdictions which are responsible of the trial of the 1994 genocide presumed perpetrators:

1999 - 2000: working as a Consultant in the Ministry of Justice for a project of elaborating a law dictionary French-Kinyarwanda, and as legal adviser:

1997 - 1999: I worked with the HAGURUKA Association (an Association for defence of the rights of women and children), as a project coordinator, of a Legal mobile clinic project for women and children’s rights.


From February 2013 to date: Visiting Lecturer and Trainer for the Institute for Legal Practice and Development (ILPD), on contract drafting, negotiation and management.

From July 2012 up to date: Member of the Board of Directors for RWANDAIR, a limited liability company operating air transport on short hall in Africa plus Dubai.

From January 2010 to August 2013: Member of the Board of Directors for Media High Council 

March 2008 - 2011 Member of the Board of Directors for King Faisal Hospital.

2003 - 2006: Vice President of PRO FEMMES TWESE HAMWE, an umbrella of women organisations.
