Coordination meeting for government legal advisors/officers
The Ministry of Justice hosts every financial year coordination meetings for Government legal advisors/officers. These meetings aim to sharing information and enhancing quality and consistency of legal advice to the Government.
It is in this context, on 17th March 2023 at Grand Legacy Hotel, the Ministry of Justice together with the Rwanda Law Reform Commission met with all Government legal advisors/officers and discussed Legislative Drafting Guidelines recently gazette, to ensure that every legal professional that take part in legislative drafting process understands the essentials to consider and how the process to be conducted so as to have a unified and harmonized way of drafting laws.
