Fighting crime should be a responsibility for everyone
In campaign to fight crimes related to fraud and deceit and cybercrimes that was organized by Rwanda Investigation Bureau, Minister of Justice and Attorney General Busingye Johnston particularly urged leaders and opinion leaders to take substantial responsibility in fighting the crimes.
He said “Fighting criminality in general and fraud and deceit and cybercrimes should be for all particularly leaders and opinion leaders because a country entangled in theft cannot progress well in development”
Minister Busingye stressed that anyone who refers to themselves as city dwellers while they live through gangs, trickery, falsehood, treachery and robbing people, they are not city dweller but criminals and “Their days are numbered”
