Judge Graciela Gatti Santana paid a courtesy visit to the Minister Ugirashebuja
On 05th April 2023, the President of the International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT), Judge Graciela Gatti Santana paid a courtesy visit to the Minister of Justice and Attorney General Dr Emmanuel Ugirashebuja, together with the Prosecutor General Havugiyaremye Emmanuel, during her second official visit to Rwanda.
They discussed issues of mutual interest aiming to strengthen the Mechanism’s close cooperation with the Government of Rwanda, especially in the area of criminal justice.
