Minister Busingye urges lawyers to stay away from anything that can tarnish their reputation
On Friday 28th December 2018, Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Busingye Johnston opened the annual General Assembly of Rwanda Bar Association’s held at Kigali Exhibition Centre and called upon lawyers to shun away from bribery on behalf of their clients.
He urged lawyers to stay away from anything that can tarnish a lawyer’s reputation as well as the image of the profession in general.
“Advocates are more than just lawyers, but also analysts and researchers in legal matters who seek evidence to help courts deliver justice.” Minister Busingye concluded
