Ministry of Justice's public finance management staff in three-day retreat
From June 29 to July 1, 2020, Ministry of Justice staff in public finance management is in a retreat aiming to self-evaluate and identify needed changes and innovations, in order to enhance the management of public finance.
The retreat was lauched by Minister of Justice and Attorney General, Johnston Busingye, who told the staff that clean audit report should be a goal at MINIJUST and its affiliated institutions, and all entities in the Justice Sector.
He said: "We want to keep aiming an Auditor General's report showing that MINIJUST's finance is well managed. We must work so accurately that no errors are found. We want that Clean Audit Reports become a goal at MINIJUST and institutions affiliated to it, to the extent of becoming the goal in the whole Justice Sector. We hope that you will make resolution about this as well."
