Opening of a one day ILPD In-house and external Faculty members’ workshop
On Monday 26th November 2018 at Lemigo Hotel, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General Busingye Johnston presided over the opening of a one day ILPD in-house and external faculty members' workshop to discuss and share experiences on various aspects pertaining to the quality delivery of their services for a quality output.
While opening the workshop, Minister Busingye said that lawyers are traditionally the first people that are contacted by users of justice services. Hence, they are a fundamental pillar for the creation of confidence in the Rwandan legal and judicial sector.
“Lawyers are trained to spot, and take care of, issues that might arise in various transactions and ILPD is designed to create, out of law graduates, proficient practitioners who would serve in different legal capacities and help in promoting the rule of law.” Minister explained
