Rwanda Law Journal was launched
On Tuesday 10th March 2020, the Minister of Justice/Attorney General Busingye Johnston officiated the launching of Rwanda Law Journal, a publication of the Institute of Legal Practice and Development (ILPD). The Journal will serve as a national forum to discuss legal issues affecting Rwanda.
While addressing the participants, Minister of Justice/Attorney General said that the Journal reflects the evolution of the legal profession.
"This journal comes at its time. It reflects the evolution of the legal profession from a poor and narrow setting in 1994 to a rich, broad and active stakeholder in the country’s development today. Our journey in building this profession has involved distinguished professionals who aimed to see change and progress; I want to thank them for their tireless contribution and transmission of their commitment in the shaping of the profession."
