Stakeholders’ dialogue on Rwanda’s 4th Universal Periodic review cycle
On 20th April 2021, the Minister of Justice and Attorney General Busingye Johnston convened a meeting with over 70 stakeholders from Government institutions, non-state actors, embassies and UN agencies. The aim of the meeting was to discuss Rwanda's recent UPR review before the Human Rights Council which happened in January and agree on the way forward as we enter into the 4th UPR cycle.
