Within the framework of the just concluded 1st Joint Permanent Commission on Cooperation
JPCC between Rwanda and Zimbabwe, on this Friday 19th March 2021, Minister of Justice / Attorney General Busingye Johnston and his counterpart Minister of Justice, legal and Parliamentary Affairs of the Republic of Zimbabwe signed agreement on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters and a MoU on cooperation in field of prisons/correction service.
Both ministers reiterated their commitments to strengthen good relations between their institutions and implement the signed instruments
