On Monday 21st January 2019 both ministers met and discussed the structures under their ministries and how justice is delivered in their respective countries. They affirmed their willingness to learn from each other.

Minister Busingye said that Rwanda also is eager to learn from Morocco especially in the areas of investigation in counter terrorism.

“We are aware that Morocco is ahead of us in counter terrorism investigation because they are near Europe that is also advanced in counter terrorism investigation. So we want to partner with them in the area” he said.
